In addition to the formal meetings described in the Grant Agreement, each technical workpackage arranges specific meetings, usually on a monthly basis, to ensure the efficient and effective performance of tasks. However, delays due to COVID-19 have to some degree impacted on this schedule. Since September 2020, the Executive Board has decided to meet on a monthly basis to co-ordinate the response of the project to the global pandemic and develop mitigation strategies with a particular focus on the measurement campaigns.
